240gMilk chocolate
600gCream
70gStroopwafel liqueur
Teddy bear mold
100gButter
300mlCream
140gDark brown sugar
Salt to taste
Marzipan
Flower-shaped plunger cutter
Chocolate tartlet
Stroopwafel ice cream
Preparation
- Soak the gelatin sheets in water.
- Heat the cream together with the stroopwafel liqueur.
- Squeeze out the gelatin well and dissolve it in the warm cream.
- Pour the warm cream mixture over the milk chocolate until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Let the mixture cool slightly and then pour it into the mold.
- Place the mold in the freezer so the bears can be easily removed from the form.
- Let the teddy bears thaw before serving.
- Put all ingredients in a pan.
- Let the sauce simmer gently until it is smooth and syrupy.
- Serve the sticky toffee caramel sauce cold.
- Roll out the marzipan thinly between two silicone baking mats and freeze.
- Remove the top baking mat and bake in the oven at 180°C until golden brown.
- Immediately after baking, cut out the flowers with the plunger cutter while the marzipan is still warm and soft.
- Let the flowers cool completely and harden.
- Place the chocolate teddy bears on the plate.
- Squeeze a scoop of stroopwafel ice cream into the chocolate tartlet.
- Pour some sticky toffee sauce over it.
- Garnish with the marzipan flower.
