Speyburn Mango Fizz

Lightly sparkling cocktail with Speyburn Rum Cask Finish whisky, mango juice, soda water, and a slice of lime.

Ingredients

Soda water
Slice of lime
Ice cubes
45mlSpeyburn Rum Cask Finish whisky
75mlMango juice

Preparation

  1. Fill a highball glass generously with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the whisky over the ice.
  3. Add the mango juice.
  4. Top up with soda water.
  5. Stir briefly to mix well.
  6. Garnish with a wedge or slice of lime.
  7. Serve immediately.
